  3. Information and outcomes, such as your household radon test result.

If, for any reason, your email address changes, ensuring that it is updated is the only way we are able to provide you with information regarding study participation and outcomes.

Common Email Issues

The following situations and their solutions are common email problems when trying to register in the Evict Radon National Study.

If you received your kit in the mail but are unable to register, please use the email originally used to consent into the study. Please contact us for more details if you are unable to use the original email.

If you have not yet received your radon test kit, to register your new email, please reconsent into the study using your new email.

If you are part of our toenail or disability sub-studies, please contact us to update your email address by emailing us at [email protected].

  • At a local library
  • At a radon awareness event
  • Received as a gift
